He has gained versatile experience in carrying out cost effective audits focusing on the area that are prone to high risk, for a number of large and medium sized corroborates in the manufacturing and service sectors. He is a leader in Domestic Tax, Cross Border Taxation & Transaction Advisory Services. He has work experience in Direct Tax matters viz. Compliances, Advisory, and Representation before revenue authorities with specialization into litigation practice i.e. appearing before various appellate authorities. He was key instrumental in handling many mergers, acquisition. He is in-charge of Corporate Taxation Cell of the Firm. He has served various well known companies as an independent director like ABNL Investment Ltd. , Indigold trade & Services Ltd., Madura Garments Lifestyle Retails Ltd., Aditya Birla Financial Services Ltd and ABNL IT & ITES Ltd etc.

Mr. Amit Kumar Mundra is a dynamic, inspiring and forward looking leader who is working very confidently and strategically for the growth and transformation of the SSR to the next level. Equipped with an inherent vibrancy, he is driving the mission of creating a highly “client centric and people centric organisationâ€. A firm believer of the entrepreneurial model, he inspires and ignites passion, creativity and innovation in those around him. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and with over 18 years of experience in Corporate Finance, System Audit and Bank Audit. He has also qualified DISA (ICAI) and certified Forensic and Concurrent Auditor by ICAI. He brings to fore a plethora of knowledge, experience and expertise with proficiency and finesse. Through a professional career spanning more than a decade, he has led various prestigious engagements for some very large and marquee clients in banking, financial services, manufacturing, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. He has been with the SSR since early 2003 and has been a continual part of the core leadership team. He has actively participated in various strategic policy matters and initiatives of the SSR, strategic integration of firms and expansions of team, offices and operations in India. With a passion for newer and challenging opportunities, he has also been instrumental in group's foray into consulting and advisory services in area of cash flow management, financial modeling. He is In-charge of Bank Audit and Corporate Finance Cell of SSR.

He has completed his article-ship with M/s Kailash Chand Jain and Company a well known firm in Mumbai. He was Elected as a Member of Western India Student Association in the Year 2000-2001. He has also served as member of various Comities of WIRC and member of Membership and Public Relationship Committee of Chamber of Tax Consultant. He is managing committee member of Vasai CA Hostel Alumni.

Ms. Madhu C Maheshwari is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has vast experience in field of Depository Audits, Bank Audits and Taxation of Non Corporate Assessee. She has also completed certification course on depository conducted by NISM.

Mr. Hemant Samdani is a young and dynamic fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is certified forensic and concurrent auditor by ICAI. Hemant is in-charge of Pune Branch and have vast experience in field of Bank Audits, Forensic Audit and other Government audits. His passion towards newer and challenging opportunities helped the SSR to foray in various consultancy and advisory services. During his past association he has gained vast experience of Central Statutory Audits of Bank, Forensic and Investigation Audit.

Mr Rahul Ruila is a young and dynamic member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Has gained experience in field of Indirect taxation and accounting and Business Support Services. His deep understanding of client’s Business and continuous interaction with clients with extensive use of IT Support has enable SSR to offer value driven and outcome based service delivery which is the backbone of successful practice. His passion towards continuous learning ensures that all the key changes are timely updated to client.

Mr. Shubham Jain is a B. Com and Fellow Chartered Accountant, He is a young and enthusiastic professional who is assisting the firm in the field of Auditing including Statutory Audit, Special Monitoring Assignments on behalf of Banks, Bank Guarantee Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Stock Audit in the Banking Sector, Statutory Bank Branch Audits, SOP Audit, Direct and Indirect Tax Compliances, Tax Advisory, Management Consultancy, Finance Management and Transaction Consultancy, ROC Work etc. He also has experience in valuation of shares and securities required under Companies Act, Income Tax Act etc.
He brings a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and industry dynamics, enabling him to provide practical, insightful and value-driven professional services. His approach is built around continuous engagement with clients, a thorough understanding of their business requirements, and the effective use of technology and IT-enabled tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
