He has gained versatile experience in carrying out cost effective audits focusing on the area that are prone to high risk, for a number of large and medium sized corporate’s in the manufacturing and service sectors. He was key instrumental in handling many mergers, acquisition. He is in-charge of Corporate Audit and Corporate Taxation Cell of the Firm. He did his Article-Ship from M/s Kailashchand Jain and Co. a well known Chartered Accountants Firm in Mumbai, He has Qualified DISA in the year 2007. During this tenure he has got vast experience in field of Banks Audit, Credit Audit, System Audit, Internal and Management Audit, Risk and Revenue Audit, Compliance Audit and Debt Syndication. He was nominated as Sub Group Member of various Committee of WIRC of ICAI . He was also nominated as Committee Member of Membership Committee of Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai in year 2015-2016. He is in-charge of Debt syndication & Bank Audit cell of the Firm. |
